Dave Engert
President & CEOProvides strategic leadership and oversees all organizational operations
Over 25 Years of broad healthcare industry experience with an outstanding track record in leading and transforming healthcare IT and teleradiology companies including Nighthawk Radiology Holdings, Inc., McKesson, HBOC and Quality Care Solutions Inc. (QCSI).
Samuel Salen, MD
QA Chairman- A co-founder of ONRAD
- Over 35 years of experience in the industry
- QA Chairman responsible for quality patient outcomes and administering peer review programs
- A recognized leader amongst radiology groups at large tertiary care facilities and rural facilities
Alix Vincent, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer- A co-founder of ONRAD
- A recognized CAQ certified expert with 28 years of experience interpreting Neuroradiology subspecialty exams
- Responsible for Clinical Leadership to the Medical Director Board
- Oversees physician staff and quality assurance programs to maintain a high standard of clinical care within our organization
Christian Ingui, M.D.
Associate CMO- Responsible for the clinical leadership to the ONRAD hospital-base division, ALLRADS
- As Associate CMO for ONRAD, Dr. Ingui will develop and implement workflows that will allow our Physician Network to utilize our technology more effectively to meet their personal goals
- Dr. Ingui has over 20 years of experience interpreting a broad mix of subspecialty exams
Jose Ospina, M.D., Ph.D.
Associate CMO- Dr. Ospina has been providing outstanding quality patient outcomes for ONRAD since 2011
- Together with Dr. Ingui, he will focus on unleashing the potential of ONRAD’s state-of-the-art technology to help maximize productivity levels across our entire Physician Network
- Over 16 years of experience in the industry
Atul Patel, MD
Associate CMO- Ensures excellence in patient care to the facilities we serve by overseeing our Mammography program
- Fellowship trained in Body Imaging and is an integral part of our mammography program
- Over 19 years of experience in the industry
Farid Shafaie, MD
Associate CMO & Medical Director- Well known in the industry for his clinical excellence in diagnostic, musculoskeletal radiology and neuroradiology
- Strong business acumen allows him to collaborate with hospital administration to introduce radiology solutions to the communities he serves
- Over 22 years of experience in the industry
Micah Kennedy
VP of Sales - Western US- With over 25 years of healthcare experience, 23 of those have been in onsite radiology management and teleradiology sales/management.
- Micah has experience working with radiology groups, hospitals and imaging centers across the country. He brings a strong capacity to build and maintain productive and long-lasting business relationships with C-suite and other influential industry leaders across radiology.
- Focusing on patient care and client satisfaction is priority. Making sure these come first and foremost is key to continued relationships with current and future clients.
Ben Betzer
VP of Sales - Eastern US- More than 30 years of experience in health care, in leadership roles in operations, sales, marketing, and product management
- Experience working with provider, consulting, and vendor organizations across the continuum of care, with established companies like McKesson, Philips, and Wolters Kluwer as well as entrepreneurial leadership in the start-up space.
- Passion for and proven ability to drive the very best patient and clinician experiences while achieving better outcomes, quality metrics and financial performance.
Jerry Lee
Chief Technology Officer- Responsible for leveraging Technology and Business Intelligence to streamline and improve business processes
- Extensive knowledge in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reports Development, Database Modeling & Design, and Operations Management
Tammy Bresyn
Vice President of HR- Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company
- 30 Years of experience in managing payroll activities, 401K and PEO negotiations and the development of HR practices and objectives that ensure an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
Jessica Jimenez
Vice President of Operations- Responsible for the direction and coordination of the Operations Department. She has been optimizing operational performance between our customers and physicians as well as our reading performance since the beginning of ONRAD
- Extremely organized with a keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work with all aspects of our business including Operations, Credentialing, Physician Relations, HIPAA Compliance and 24/7/365 Customer support
Heather Pineda
Vice President of Medical Staff Services- Responsible for the onboarding of our Physicians, the ongoing management of all state licensure, facility privileges, accreditation by The Joint Commission and has held a Leadership position in our company since its beginning
- Enthusiastic and tenacious with driving the onboarding workflow and in developing partnerships with our facilities to expedite the credentialing process for our growing roster of 60+ radiologists
Ninfa Ramirez
Vice President - Client Services, Automation and Implementation- Responsible for Customer Support, New Facility Implementations and ongoing development of our full automation workflow.
- Exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of our business. Since ONRAD’s beginning, Ninfa has easily navigated our customers through their daily challenges to ensure quality care for their patient community.
Our Radiologists
ONRAD’s radiologists are a select team of high quality physicians with a wide variety of subspecialty expertise. Our teleradiologists trained at some of the most prestigious medical programs in the country, and many of them hold teaching positions at nationally recognized schools. All our radiologists reside in the US and are available for services 24/7. As part of our continuous commitment to quality, all ONRAD radiologists remain active in the radiology community, holding memberships in a number of associations including the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, American Roentgen Ray Society, American Society of Emergency Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology, Radiological Society of North America, Society of Breast Imaging, Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, and the Society of Pediatric Radiology.
